Additional hygiene thanks to moisture-repellent polymer membrane
The stretchy, breathable polymer membrane prevents moisture from entering the pillow through the pillow protector. This prevents dust mites, bacteria and odours from breeding, which in turn ensures a long life for your pillow.
Protection for allergy sufferers
Mites feed on human skin cells. Their faeces can trigger allergies and worsen the plight of allergy sufferers.
The breathable polymer membrane made of polyurethane (PU) interrupts the mite food chain, as human skin cells cannot penetrate the pillow. It also forms a physical barrier between pillow and sleeper.

Sustainable TENCEL™ Lyocell
TENCEL™ Lyocell is derived from wood, a sustainable raw material that is fully biodegradable. The wood originates exclusively from sustainable, certified and controlled forestry management that follows the stringent guidelines of the Lenzing Wood and Pulp Policy.
TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres have gained a good reputation for their environmentally sound, closed-loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into cellulose fibres with high resource efficiency and low ecological impact. The solvent-spinning process recycles process water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of over 99%.
As they are derived from nature, all standard TENCEL™ Lyocell fibre types are certified as biodegradable and are compostable under industrial, home, soil and marine conditions, so can revert fully back to nature.
ClimatePartner certification – our contribution to climate protection
Since 2019 we have been working with ClimatePartner AG and supporting climate protection projects worldwide. In response to understandable public criticism of the lack of standardised guidelines around green claims and the resulting risk of greenwashing, ClimatePartner AG has come up with a new label – one that is transparent, far-reaching and guided by binding reduction targets. We have been using this new assessment process since 2023: We have completed the 5 steps for successful climate protection in cooperation with ClimatePartner and have received ClimatePartner certification for our company and our products.

We source our yarns and twists from selected yarn dealers in Germany, meeting the highest quality standards in terms of durability, feel and appearance. The yarns for our jersey fabrics are knitted, dyed and finished in Germany. Approximately 92% of our products are made up within a radius of 90 kilometres from our site in Löffingen. A small but significant proportion (8%) goes to a family business in Poland.
It goes without saying that our products are tested for harmful substances and certified by OEKO-TEX® Service GmbH.

Washing tip:
Pillowcases must also be washed regularly for hygienic reasons in order to maintain their protective function. This removes e.g. secreted liquids, dander, but also mites and bacteria. We recommend washing your pillowcase approx. every 10-12 weeks. More frequent washing may be advisable in the case of allergies or heavy sweating, for example.
