Newsletter data
If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, we require an email address, name and company, which allow us to verify that you are the owner of the given email address and that you consent to receive our newsletter. Any additional data is collected on a voluntary basis only. We use this data to send you the requested information and do not transmit it to any third parties.
We use the service provider Campaign Monitor (404/3-5 Stapleton Ave, Sutherland NSW 2232, Sydney, Australia) for sending our newsletter to newsletter subscribers.
When you sign up to our newsletter, the data (name, company, email) you provide when registering is transmitted to Campaign Monitor and stored there. Campaign Monitor has its headquarters in Australia, whereas data is processed by servers/data centres in the United States. Campaign Monitor offers comprehensive analytic options for determining how newsletters are opened and used. These analytics are group-related and are not used by us to analyse individual newsletter recipients. Processing of the data you submit in the newsletter registration form only occurs with your express consent (Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
