Outsourced data processing

We use the service provider Campaign Monitor (404/3-5 Stapleton Ave, Sutherland NSW 2232, Sydney, Australia) for sending our newsletter to newsletter subscribers.
When you sign up to our newsletter, the data (name, company, email) you provide when registering is transmitted to Campaign Monitor and stored there. Campaign Monitor has its headquarters in Australia, whereas data is processed by servers/data centres in the United States. Processing of the data you submit in the newsletter registration form only occurs with your express consent (Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
